Bhoomi Roots LLP (“Bhoomi Roots”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an agricultural commodities trading and export company registered in India, with its office at 186C, Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit bhoomiroots.com, send us an enquiry or do business with us, and how we use, share and protect it. It also sets out the choices and rights you have.

We deal mainly with businesses. Most of the personal information we hold belongs to people acting on behalf of a company: a buyer, an importer, a logistics provider or a supplier. This policy applies to that information in the same way it applies to information from an individual.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to provide. Each of these parties receives only the information necessary for its role.

International transfers

As an export business, we send information across borders in the ordinary course of trade. Your details may be shared with counterparties, logistics providers and authorities in the country where goods are shipped, and our email and hosting providers may store data outside India. Where we transfer information from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we do so under safeguards recognised by the applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
